The New Hampshire Loon and Ossipee Lake area offers spectacular scenery
and sports activities where you can hike, bike, fish, swim, read, write, or just
kick back and relax in front of the fire in our cozy chalet.

Our private 4 season family chalet is located in the White Mountains / Lakes Region
of New Hampshire surrounded by 25 acres of serene woodlands. The main house
is a fully furnished 5 room chalet with 2 bedrooms, a loft, 2 full baths, a wood stove
and a beautiful attached 4 season sunroom. Located adjacent to the house is a
bunkhouse that is setup with 2 bunk beds that, combined with the main house,
sleeps a total of 12 guests. The large 3 sided wrap around deck invites you to
enjoy all of nature's beauty year long.

Our non-smoking family home is fully furnished with all of your basic needs including
washer/dryer, dishwasher, A/C, and an outside deck
complete with gas grill and outdoor furniture.

The Town of Freedom, NH is located in the White Mountain / Lakes Region just south
of North Conway only minutes from King Pine, Cranmore, and Black Mountain. North
Conway is 11.5 miles away featuring over 60 factory outlets, dining, movies, etc. Year
round outdoor activities include biking, canoeing, fishing, kayaking, hunting, etc. and
a swimming beach area. So, simply pack your food / clothes / linens and enjoy the
nature at her best all year round.

*Variable rates available to suit your personal needs. Three day weekend SPECIAL
rates starting at $295.00, FULL week rates starting at $495.00 to $995.00, and mid
week specials still available starting at $395.00.

*In addition to the stated pricing, please ADD 9% NH State room tax (license # 053680)
and a NON-REFUNDABLE $50.00 cleaning charge.

Also, please note that until confirmed, the rates are subject to change without notice. A
$250.00 security deposit will hold your vacation rental time and will be returned to you
within 2 weeks of the rental period after all conditions on the check list have been
satisfactorily completed.
